About
Master. Teacher.
Someone who's walked the ground first.
Behind the word magister stands the philosophy behind our coaching and the people who practice it. Here’s what it actually means for how we coach and who we are.
The Name
Why "Magister."
magister
/mæˈdʒɪstər/
Latin for teacher; master.
A magister was never the person with the answer. It was the person who’d walked the ground long enough (studied it, tested it, made the mistakes) to point toward the answer accurately, and to hold that pointing to a standard worth trusting.
That’s the whole model here. We don’t hand over a framework and step back. We point toward what’s actually in your way, at a standard of rigor most coaching (and most self-help) doesn’t bother with. The “master” part isn’t ego. It’s a commitment to doing the underlying work seriously enough that pointing means something.
Why This Exists
Someone you trust to pay attention to the real you.
We treat people as complete human beings and look at all their parts and roles, even the ones that never come up directly in a session. And we pay attention and are present with everything we notice about their mood, their energy, and whatever shows up during the conversation. It’s something we can’t do through a framework and it goes beyond using a framework.
That’s why we don’t hand people answers. Even when they ask for one directly, we usually say: hold onto that question and ask us again at the end of the session if you still need to. Because of that, people engage more and trust the process of discovering the answers they need on their own.
Most coaching experiences are too standardized and follow the one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we believe coaching should give you a clear structure while following no structure.
Most coaching experiences are too strict with setting one goal and obsessively chasing it. Instead, we believe coaching should help you focus on a greater vision you have, while working on what’s important to be done at that time.
Most coaching experiences aren’t measurable and don’t give you the transformation you need. Instead, we believe every progress is measurable and transformation is something you see and feel in a couple of months (sometimes weeks), not years.
We don’t hand you the answers but point toward them. And we do it at a standard worth trusting.

What You Can Expect
Four things that don't flex, regardless of direction.
1.
Root cause before structure
We work through the emotional and behavioral root of what’s actually happening before adding tools on top. Structure that skips this step doesn’t hold.
2.
Built around you, not a template
No generic framework is applied the same way to everyone. Every plan starts with what’s actually in front of us.
3.
The language you think in
Sessions run in Polish, Romanian, or English. Not just the one you’re fluent enough in to get by.
4.
Progress you can measure
Decisions made, time-to-decision, whatever’s measurable for the specific goal. This way, progress and change are measurable, not just feelings.
The Team
Two coaches, complementary specialties.
Confidence, culture, structure, and habits are connected, not separate problems to solve one at a time.
